The best news is you will qualify for a bill credit when you install a new heat pump in your home.  All you have to do is present a paid invoice within 180 days of installation showing the SEER rating (must be 13 or higher), along with the type of heat pump installed and we will credit your account based on the following systems:

Geothermal (water source)                             $400

Air Source with back up electric heat            $400

Air Source with back up fossil fuel heat        $400*

*Please note that if this heat pump was installed in 2009 -- the bill credit is $100.

Please note that 2010 will be the last year that we will be providing bill credits for an existing heat pump UNLESS you are upgrading from an air source heat pump to a geothermal heat pump.
